Shapes and sizes
Monumentomania
WWB is a yearly festival that was created and launched in 2009 by the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw and the Warsaw Museum. It is a festival dedicated to design, architecture and public spaces, it investigates processes and the outlook of urban spaces in city landscapes and their social responsibilities and relationships.

For the 11th festival edition they decided to focus on new form of monuments. How come do we build and raise monuments? Is this form of attention outdated? And is this not already conflicted enough for us to just stop building monuments and find another way and solution?! Lukasz Zaremba and Szymon Maliborski were the festivals curators and they went on a mission to find the answers to both questions and statements around monuments.

We supported their cause by creating the visual identity, to emphasize the selected topic for this years festival. In our design language you can clearly see the monuments taking on different shapes and sizes in order to find itself and its position. In clear accordance with the mission of the curators and the 11th edition of WWB festival.
