Pracuj.pl is a Polish recruitment portal that offers both job seekers and employers a platform for establishing professional connections. It features job offers, CV creation tools, salary reports, career advice, and many other useful resources related to the job market.
We carried out a redesign of the logo. We drew new letters but kept the shape of the capsule, from which we derived a system of shapes that forms the basis of the new visual identity. The system is versatile—it allows for simple communication, but also enables the creation of more complex layouts using the full range of available elements. The brand manual precisely defines how to combine capsules so they always form a distinctive pattern.
The new font reflects the simple, geometric principles of the capsules. It introduces more rounded elements, as seen in the letter "p", while emphasizing the sharp angle of the letter "k". It was designed by Jan Estrada-Osmycki and Studio Tekio.
We also designed a set of 30 icons—but more than that, we actually created a method for producing new ones—from a simple concept to a distinctive final look. This makes it easy for the client’s team to create additional icons on their own.
